Vivenda da Fonte (Sleeps 6) impressive 3 bedroom villa is situated in its own 3000sqm fully fenced and gated plot, with mature gardens and large lawn.  Situated in the Areias Dos Moinhos area, just a 15 minute walk from Carvoeiro centre, with sea views.

Vivenda da Fonte has a beautiful 10m x 5m swimming pool that can be heated, accessed by roman steps sloping from a shallow to a deep end.  There is also a small separate area for the little ones to paddle.  The pool is surrounded by a walled terrace with built in pool shower and overlooked from the shaded patio areas of the house.   There is outdoor furniture for 6+ people, including sunbeds, table and chairs.  To the side of the house near the kitchen is the BBQ area.
