Villa Maritima is a brand new (2022) stunning contemporary luxury villa, built and furnished by the Pac4Portugal team.  This property is well equipped, air conditioned, 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom villa, with games room and a large 12m by 5m swimming pool surround with terrace, man made beach, lawn, seating areas and kids play area.  There is private parking and the villa can host special events like weddings. Located just 2km from Carvoeiro beach and several minutes walk from a restaurant.

Gates open up to your stunning holiday location with a parking area in front of the villa (as well as on street parking). On entering the property you have the main living areas in front of you with an open plan lounge/dining area, fully equipped kitchen.  Within the lounge is ample seating, TV with Multinational channels inc English, movies and TV Series, WiFi Ipod docking station, selection of games for all ages.  There are patio doors opening up onto the terrace and pool area.

On entering the villa if you turn right there is a corridor leading to 2 superking/twin bedrooms both with en suite bath/shower rooms.  At the end is a further bedroom with a Superking and has an extra bed (only made up when required).  Each room has plenty of wardrobe space, a safe and patio doors leading to pool/garden terrace.

Stairs from the entrance area lead to the first floor where there are 2 superking/twin bedrooms both with en suite bath/shower rooms.  The last bedroom has a superking/twin that can fit a single bed in to make complete 12+2.  Each room has plenty of wardrobe space, a safe and patio doors leading to a private upstairs terraces with seaviews   Steps lead to the roof terrace with truly panoramic sea views.  The roof terrace has a table and sofa, perfect for sun downers and watching the sunset.
