Pac4Portugal began as PAC (Portugal) Ltd, aiming to provide better services for its clients. Our property rental business was established in February 2006 through the www.villa-in-carvoeiro.com website, which helps numerous property owners advertise their properties in ways that many other companies do not.We are always improving our personalised service, as shown by customer feedback on our website and in our conversations.

In April 2008, www.villa-in-carvoeiro.com was incorporated, and it is now part of PAC (Portugal) Limited. In 2015, Pac4Portugal.com became our first portal that showcased our property portfolio, along with our extra services and future projects, all in one place.It continually evolves as we do. During COVID times, we designed Carvoeiro Villas (retired 2025) as a booking and information site, but in 2022, we discovered it could not offer the elements we wanted to move forward more efficiently. In 2022, Carvoeiro Rentals was started and is now the official website to directly and securely book our Carvoeiro rental villas.With these objectives in mind, we have decided that Pac4Portugal will showcase our rental villas, promote our services, and be a more informative website.

In 2014, Alex and Fernando met each other through the construction of Casa Filarte, and they soon realised they both had common goals they wished to achieve.In 2015 they launched their own management company and have been recognised very quickly for their service with their owners.They have already built and started renting Villa Mediterrâneo, Villa Atlantica, Villa Maritiama, and, in 2026, Villa Carvoeiro.
