By Bus: No. 2 bus runs to Meia Praia among other beaches in Lagos. Buses are hourly so it is very convenient for travelers.
By Train: There is a train station near the eastern end of the beach but it’s less than frequent so maybe not the most reliable option.
By Water Taxi: You can also get to Meia Beach by water taxi from Avenida dos Descobrimentos in Lagos. The view of the coastline can be best seen on a boat ride.
