Description 

 

Casa do Verao (Sleeps 6) is a beautiful spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa located in the Vale de Milho area (towards the Praia de Centianes end).  It is about 1km from the nearest beach with restaurants and golf closer.  Now under new ownership and management it is being modernised while keeping the traditional Algarve feeling.  This is a perfect base for your Carvoeiro villa holiday, whether just to relax or go exploring the Algarve.

 

The villa has parking for 3+ cars.  On entering the property front door you see the feature circular dining area in front of you and to your right is a guest WC.  As you walk round to the left there is a door to a well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer etc and access to a washing machine. A door from the kitchen opens up onto a covered maids/utility area that clients can use for drying clothes and towels.

 

Further round the circular feature is two twin bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms (twin basins, toilet, shower and hairdryers).  Both bedrooms have air conditioning and also they have their own safes.  One bedroom has just a window and the other has patio doors leading onto the lounging terrace.

Hosted within the circular area is the indoor eating area, with dining table and chairs for 6.  There are patio doors that lead to a outdoor enclosed courtyard with stone table & chairs and a BBQ.  Steps lead to the roof terrace which is perfect place to catch the last hours of sun in the day.

 

Leading off the dining area is the lounge area which has seating for 6+, ceiling fan,  TV, DVD player, WiFi and multi-national channels via IPTV (via the internet) system, books and games.  There are patio doors that lead to the sun terrace for most outdoor eating and access to the pool terrace.  The master bedroom is also just off the lounge and it has large bed, safe, and en suite bathroom with, shower cubicle. twin basins, toilet and hairdryer.  This bedroom also has patio doors leading onto the lounging terrace.

Outside lounging terrace has outdoor furniture for eating and gates that lead to the 9m x 4.5m heatable swimming pool, with roman steps, outdoor shower.  Surrounding the pool are sun loungers, a shaded eating area and another BBQ.  There is outside WC and basin.  A gate also leads to the mature garden.

Casa do Verão is about 2.5km to the east of Carvoeiro and is less than 1km from a lovely sandy beach, a couple of minutes walk from the nearest restaurants  and within a 10 minute walk is the complex of Rocha Brava with its bars, restaurants and tennis centre.  Carvoeiro with its shops, restaurants, bars and beach is about a 20-25 minute walk or around a 6 euro taxi fare. Vale de Milho 9 hole golf course is about 3 mins walk. There area a number of championship golf courses within a 10 minute drive. Before you reach Carvoeiro, there is the Tivoli with its SCUBA diving school, based at Vale Covo beach.
